I am a North Springfield native and a proud graduate of Northwestern High School and attended classes at Edinboro University for several years. As a Service Manager at New Motors Ford, I have built my career on a foundation of being honest and reliable. I find genuine satisfaction in helping customers navigate their everyday service needs, and I take pride in providing straightforward, transparent communication. Outside of the office, I value my time with my wife, Monica, and two sons, Derek and Ayden. I have been happily married since 2002 and appreciate the importance of building lasting relationships, both at home and with the clients I serve. My goal is always to ensure every customer leaves with confidence in the work performed and a positive experience.
